Century Centre Redevelopment Project, Buffalo New York


The Century Centre Redevelopment Project is comprised of the former M. Wile Building (pictured below) located at 77 Goodel Street now known as Century Centre II and the former Trico Products building (pictured above) located at 817 Washington Street, now known as Century Centre I.

In 2001 the full and complete renovations of Century Centre II was finished and the 145,000 square foot modern office facility is 70% occupied and the Development plans are now complete for Building I and plans are now being made to begun construction soon.

Signature Group is focused on economic development related to historic rehabilitation projects and research primarily in Pennsylvania and New York.
