artistic rendering) building located at 1500 German Street will include a
conference/meeting
center and office space.

Lovell
Place (artist rendering above) originally housed the largest manufacturer
of hand cranked wringer washier went out of business in the early
1970s. What remained were 12 brick and limestone building possessing
a strong
industrial structure, architecture and cultural heritage.
The factory
has since been converted into 175 apartment units and 100,000 square
feet of commercial office /retain space.

The

parking spaces with
an additional 200 gated parking spaces in the courtyard created for
the tenants of Lovell Place

targeted
for retail
on the ground floor(16,200 sq ft) with the upper floored dedicated
once again to increasing the residential population with market rate
renters with warehouse style apts.
